Job responsibilities

To drive the performance of Pleng App through marketing planning, performance growth, contract management, and other tasks assigned by management. 

• Managing partnership and content providers including contract status, inventory, personalization, and logistics.
• Work closely with cross teams and departments to prepare marketing activities and plan to open for partnership opportunity through content strategic, app performance, and personalization.
• Manage day to day app performance including DAU, MAU, Content Update, Ads library, and others.
• Create and execute attractive content and user campaigns to increase engagement in Pleng application and social media.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Music to develop and implement key Pleng growth strategies.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job requirements

• Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years at a technology / application company or startup, a production house, or a digital media agency. Previous experience managing small teams is highly advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English
• Enthusiastic in music, art, movie, both local and international.
• Demonstrate good leadership and ability to adhere to fast-paced work environment and demanding deadlines.
• Ability to work with an attitude of proactive, result-oriented, integrity and commitment to strict confidentiality.
