Job responsibilities

Job Summary

The incumbent is to manage distribution team performance and grow business in each territory by monitoring and supervising the territory sales officer’s performance and providing updates on market status, and competitor feedback of each territory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the distribution team to grow business in each territory and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor the direct sales team and ensure the accuracy of stock reconciliation with Finance and Logistics.
  • To grow new subscribers in each territory and ensure all subscribers have complete profiles.
  • Ensure that all points of sales are available for selling top-up and SIM cards to all subscribers in each territory.
  • To ensure that all distribution gaps are closed.
  • To monitor the performance of territory of field sales officer to achieve the KPIs.
  • Regularly make planned field visits with FSS & FSO to monitor their quality of work and follow company standards.
  • To Monitor competitor’s actions and report timely to the Head of Sales.
  • Coaching, developing, supporting, and problem-solving.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing, Business Administration, or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing, business development of relevant working experience.
  • Punctuality / Good time management and being able to manage multi-task with deadlines.
  • Good at negotiation, problem solving and presentation skill.
  • Ability to work with an attitude of proactive, result-oriented, integrity, and commitment to strict confidentiality.
  • Creative, good judgment, & attention to detail and team player, stress tolerance, & customer orientation
  • Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
