Job responsibilities

Responsibility Summary:

This role is responsible for driving Home Internet segment growth by ensuring that Smart proposition (FWA and FBB) in terms of offer, service, and treatment is based on genuine customer needs and by this is most attractive on the market. This role is also responsible for the successful company performance and further development of Home Internet segments throughout end-to-end customer lifetime (acquisition, retention, and churn).

He/she has to actively contribute to the continuous growth and profitability of the company in accordance with the target KPI (revenue/sales/retention / OPEX / profitability) with a particular focus on company revenue share increase. The key responsibility for P&L development and delivery.

  • Set strategic direction and lead execution of all initiatives that will drive growth and achievement of company objectives related to Home Internet.
  • Full P&L responsibility for the Home internet segment, from yearly planning to execution plans set up and drive.
  • Define and maintain product and pricing positioning in competitive and differentiated mode vs the market.
  • Establish, upgrade and constantly develop sales organization and commercial policies for home internet (FO and FWA) sales.
  • Manage team of 100 people in effective and engaged manner.
  • Actively collaborate and drive projects involving other commercial, like marketing, performance management, and technical functions in delivering on the set objectives.

Job requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in a product management role or sales management role.
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Sales organization understanding and solid sales skills.
  • Solid partnership establishment and management skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude and approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to establish work relationships and communicate effectively with staff at all levels including senior management.
  • Questioning and analytical mindset with strong team engagement skills.
