Job responsibilities

• Assist the Corporate Affairs team consisting of Corporate Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability, to implement programs and initiatives to shape a positive perception towards the Company’s impact and contribution to national development.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating CSR & Sustainability programs and activities; this includes (but is not limited to) analyzing project/activity proposals and monitoring the execution till post-event evaluation.
• Assist in drafting Press Release and other corporate communication plans
• Support strategies to promote and communicate about the respective programs across different platforms; this includes (but is not limited to) carrying out CSR campaigns internally and externally.
• Support the HR team to encourage volunteering in the Company as part of employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in Corporate Affairs and CSR event planning and execution

Job requirements

• Undergraduates studying Social Sciences, Education, Sustainable Development / Management, Media and Communications, and International Relations or related fields.
• Candidates with past communications, social work, and NGO internships or other related experiences will have an added advantage.
• Passionate about corporate communications, Education, Community Sports, and Tech Innovation.
• Enthusiastic about CSR and sustainable programs.
• Strong work ethics i.e. proactive, confident, positive, integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer.
• Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office).
