Job responsibilities
Sales Manager (Smart@Home) is to oversee and manage field sales supervisors & sales force for fixed broadband service for Smart including door to door agents and booking fulfilment.
- To lead, guide and manage a team of direct reports to ensure below roles and responsibilities are achieved such as the achievement of monthly broadband sales target as assigned by the company
- To Hire, train, coach and discipline door to door broadband sales and fulfillment team
- To oversee operational activities of the broadband sales force, monitor day to day performance and increase the sales force effectiveness.
- To plan door to door sales route and ensure sales team executes as per planning
- To coordinate with the external agencies to ensure sufficient agent pool
- To timely identify and escalate the operational issues
- To do the sales performance analysis, reporting and propose improvement plans to management
- To ensure device stock level is sufficient to support day to day sales activities
- To perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor and Management
Job requirements
Education & Qualification:
- Master’s or bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge
Working Experience:
- Telecom and FMCG sales experience is preferable.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management
Specific Skills:
- Sales team management
- Coaching and leadership
- Project management
- High attention to details
- Advanced skillset in Microsoft Suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio)
