Senior Marketing Specialist – GTM

Job responsibilities

Create Go-to-Market Plans, execute Campaigns and Liaise with internal teams and corresponding departments for Go-To-Market executions.

• Work closely with the internal Music team to craft campaign proposition to further elevate the product’s success.
• Proper project management – able to ensure successful execution on par with timeline control and relevant team functions.
• Campaign planning – integrated marketing approach by supervising end to end from execution to results monitoring, re-strategize if necessary (cross functional implementation: online, social media, ATL, BTL, Retail and Activation)
• Understand and develop unique selling points of Smart’s products and services.
• Communicate and educate the unique selling points to customer service, enterprise sales and channel sales team.
• Market intelligence - understand the market through sales insight, market research and competitive analysis.
• Proofreading all marketing communication messages
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Market research and analysis and campaign execution.
• Passionate & Knowledgeable in Music, Project Management, fundamental & workable marketing funnel understanding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English
• Demonstrate good leadership and ability to adhere to fast-paced work environment and demanding deadlines.
• Ability to work with an attitude of proactive, result-oriented, integrity and commitment to strict confidentiality.
