Senior Incentive and Performance Management Specialist

Job responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for the design, management, implementation and continuous improvement of incentive and compensation scheme for sales staff in Smart Axiata’s Sales Organization. 

  • Implement process for monthly/quarterly performance monitoring across channels and product lines of the company.
  • Propose and execute improvements into sales incentive and compensation scheme, which includes business evaluation of the change, communication and training on the impacted sales teams, project management on the execution and proactive post-implementation monitoring and analysis.
  • Cooperate actively with sales management teams for engaging them in monthly/quarterly performance monitoring.
  • Perform active monitoring on the sales incentive pay-out in cooperation with Finance team.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commission payments as outlined in the plans.
  • Contribute to the development and/or improvement of systems to effectively track and/or capture data in active collaboration with BI team.
  • Administration of Sales participant data in the sales compensation system to ensure all hires, terminations and employee data changes are up to date.
  • Support yearly planning process through provide calculation on commissioning budget and part of company business plan.
  • Carry out all other tasks, assigned by the line manager and in accordance with the employee’s qualification and responsibilities.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience within Sales, Performance management and or Data analysis area
  • Punctuality / Good time management and being able to manage multi-task with deadlines.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Ability to work with an attitude of proactive, result-oriented, integrity and commitment to strict confidentiality.
  • Creative, good judgment, & attention to detail and team player, stress tolerance, & customer orientation
  • Good command in English and Microsoft Office.
