Trade Marketing and Event Sales Executive

Job responsibilities

Smart Axiata required a competitive person to manage the operation of branding nationwide in terms of maintaining stock, reporting, planning, and dispatching branding materials to a dedicated team around the country. The person must be able to manage freelancers during each event organized by Smart Axiata.

  • Monitor and verify the deployment of Smart branding nationwide in Cambodia in ePOS.
  • Do the planning for each Trade Marketer to achieve the daily/weekly/quarterly target.
  • Call follow up with the team to make sure they perform and really working (usually using team chat). 
  • Collect and verify the team performance based on pictures that the team post to ePOS DMS
  • Coordinate with HR to collect attendance as well as follow up freelance payment
  • Coordinate with Admin team and request van rental for his team
  • Coordinate with finance to process the expense claim/cash clearing for his team
  • Working with procurement to manage the stock of tools that his team needs to perform their daily work (Ladder; nail; screw, screwdriver, etc.) starts from raising PR till he has the tools to send to his team.
  • Prepare the material quality report that collects from the channel sales and trade marketing team and set up a meeting with Marcom/Procurement to find a solution. 
  • Prepare the POSM Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly planning for Marcom.
  • Work with the direct sales team, Smart @home team, and agency team to collect the requirement of POSM (point of sales materials)
  • Work with Marcom/Vendor to manage POSM stock as well as stock reconcile
  • Allocated POSM by team/request and worked with logistics to dispatch to the correct team and deadline.
  • Other branding requested by channel team such as the deployment of parasols or i-stands at dealer shop and report back to channel sales team.

 

Job requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 1 Years work experience in a process/sales operations/ distribution or a similar environment preferable.

Other Required Skills:

  • Solid experience in Ms. Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel) is required
  • Ability to demonstrate a good level of verbal and written English.
  • Good teamwork spirit
  • Able to manage multi-tasks on a specific deadline
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to establish work relationships and communicate effectively with staff, at all levels including senior management
  • Proactive, passionate, self-confident, able to work effectively under pressure, quality-oriented.
