Senior Business Analyst – Cost Management

Job responsibilities

• Leading cost management team to ensure every spending both on Capex and Opex is effective and efficient.
• Leading the analysis of strategic investment initiatives and opportunities to ensure management is well-informed in deciding for future stability, growth, and profitability.
• Producing required management reports and analyses for both Group and local management and ensuring any required action plans are tracked and reported accurately and timely.
• Leading and analyzing the profitability of base stations and business areas to produce recommendations to management on the benefits and costs for future improvement.
• Leading cost-saving champion team to initiate, implement, and monitor saving initiatives and opportunities in all business areas for cost optimization to ensure efficiency and effective operations across the company.
• Producing monthly cost-saving reports and other required management reports and analyses on time with a high level of accuracy and with complete supporting documents.
• Participating or leading the assigned projects for new initiative areas and opportunities.
• Coordinating with relevant departments to review strategic investment as per business needs in accordance with the company process and policy.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by management and team.

Job requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field is mandatory.
• Completing ACCA is highly preferable.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing, financial or management accounting.
• Experience in a related industry is highly encouraged.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite, is essential.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Khmer and English languages.
• Good analytical skill

• Be flexible and high initiative and act with a sense of urgency
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
