Job responsibilities

The Financial Analyst is responsible for the overall reporting & reconciliation of a variety of financial information to ensure they are accurate and timely manner.

• Preparing and reporting monthly Enterprise business performance, rolling forecast, and presentation deck for Internal and Axiata Enterprise business.
• Collaborating with the Enterprise business department to produce annual Enterprise business plan and reporting within the timeline.
• Preparing commentary for monthly profitability by Business segments, products, tariffs, and Smart shops for business owners and management.
• Preparing post evaluates the financial performance concerning all promotions, commercial initiatives, and other initiatives with approval of business case to business owner and management.
• Preparing monthly reports of departmental expenditures with variance explanation comparing to budget and prior periods.
• Providing support service by working with all relevant departments and Axiata group on financial information.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and rules, as well as country legislation.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field is mandatory.
• A candidate with ACCA completion is highly preferable.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Financial and Business Analysis.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, particularly in using Ms. Office applications.
• Exhibit fluency in both Khmer and English languages, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
• Dynamic and pleasant personality
• Be flexible and high initiative.
• Must possess a proactive and highly responsible work ethic.
• Demonstrates sincerity, patience, accuracy, commitment, and responsibility.
