Job responsibilities
Your mission is to be responsible for seeking, meeting, engaging, closing the deal with SME customer selling Enterprise product and solution. Overall supporting & performing a variety of sales function such as maintaining the lead database, coordinating with relevant department to complete the sales process.
- To Identify potential customers based on the assigned market to penetrate the market through consulting and offering solutions to customers.
- Making a cold call, online meeting, customer visit to meet the sales goals.
- Joining the business trip with Enterprise sales manager/ Key account manager if necessary to visit potential customer.
- Preparing the postpaid contracts/ sales order form based on approval pricing and get it sign off by customer upon the deal is close.
- Coordinating and providing accurate information of customer to Sales Support/BO for number and account activation.
- Coordinating with credit control, smart shop, cash management to complete deposit and payment process.
- Preparing weekly sales report + list of prospect customer
- Responding client questions about credit terms, products, prices, other information
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job requirements
- Minimum finish grade 12 or fresh graduates in business administration, economics, or another related field is preferred.
- Understand of the sales process and dynamics
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to communicate with customers in Khmer and English language (Minimum Elementary Level)
- Ability to work with an attitude of proactive, result-oriented, Analytical, and strategic thinking integrity and commitment to strict confidentiality.
