Job responsibilities

To identify potential customers based on the assigned segment to penetrate the market to meet Enterprise Business goal & target through consulting and offering enterprise solutions to customers. Mentoring the team members and taking a leadership role to help other staff overcome client’s issues and to promote more up selling and cross selling. 

  • Mentoring the team members and taking a leadership role to help other staff overcome client issues and to promote more up selling and cross selling particularly Enterprise Solution Product.
  • Build a professional relationship and networking with new and existing customers to expand the business to increase customer loyalty and to build new revenue streams with new products and services.
  • Provide market updates and customer feedback to Product and Marketing for market analysis and product. development also works closely with the Product team on certain custom requests for new products and services.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise solution including Managed Wi-Fi, Cloud Computing, SD WAN, SASE, GSOC, FTTX/DPLC/MPLC
  • In charge of Enterprise Solution Project and coordinate with all stakeholders
  • Monitor Solution Sales and Pre-Sales team to deliver the technical and sales proposal and communicate to stake holders
  • Understanding your clients’ needs and being able to make suggestions. new solutions to streamline their business and help in cost cutting.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong leadership skill, negotiation skills and able to work independently or as a team.
  • Ability to work with an attitude of proactive, result-oriented, integrity and commitment to strict confidentiality.
  • Well managed in sales cycle through CRM
  • Good command in English and Microsoft Office.
