Senior Project Management Specialist

Job responsibilities

The incumbent is to drive such impactful initiatives with strong involvement of multiple stakeholders in long-term strategic areas as Network productizing, E-TOP up growth, Smart Nas adoption and digitalization of interactions. 

  • Support process of yearly strategy update and cascading to the impacted departments and functions;
  • Contribute to defining strategy and execution plan across the commercial functions with the aim to drive excellent execution and prioritization of commercial objectives/must win battles;
  • Facilitate the process and deliver commercial yearly strategic roadmap and supporting implementation plans with active and constant collaboration with all commercial functions;
  • Propose, initiate and/or take the lead on strategic initiatives and projects that support strategy execution relevant for consumer and enterprise customers;
  • Establish as key alignment person for driving the execution on strategic projects, both for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Engage relevant internal stakeholders, for each initiative and drive common approach and solution development;
  • Prepare plan of activities per initiative together with engaged stakeholders and drive execution according to this plan;
  • Coordinate and keep up-to-date commercial functional roadmap in accordance with company business objectives across all segments and deliver regular updates on relevant forums;
  • Support demand management and prioritization process of all functional plans in commercial;
  • Investigate and propose business opportunities based on underserved market potentials as well as right to propose stop of any initiative based on strategic alignment, market insight or resource prioritization;
  • Support in tracking performance indicators against strategic plans and provoke appropriate measures to stay on course;
  • Employ different project management methodologies in driving execution of assigned initiatives;
  • Support translation/application of Axiata Group strategies and relevant practices into programs into CMO area with support of relevant functions;
  • Carry out all other tasks, assigned by the line manager;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing, International Business, or any equivalent;
  • Minimum 4 years in project management experience, with a focus on product and proposition design, experience in Telecom Company is most;
  • Tactical Creativity and problem-solving, result oriented, with attitude that is influencing and convincing to engage;
  • Punctuality / Good time management and being able to manage multi-task with deadlines;
  • Analytical skill, good at negotiation, problem solving and presentation skill;
  • Experience of working collaboratively with diverse range of stakeholders at all levels including senior management and key professional staff cross-departmentally, to achieve successful outcomes;

  • Ability to demonstrate a good level of verbal and written English.
