Job responsibilities

The B2B Cloud Engineer will be responsible for handling and maintaining the public cloud services platform. The key function is to provide technical support to the Enterprise sales team, respond to customers' inquiries, support the integration with new payment channels and provide cost calculation for cloud services.

• Manage and maintain the public cloud services platform, ensuring optimal performance and health
• Monitor platform capacity and proactively scale resources as needed
• Collaborate with customers to address questions and present solutions related to cloud services
• Provide technical support to the Enterprise sales team, assisting with customer inquiries and sales efforts
• Manage incoming orders and maintain existing resources
• Support the integration of new payment channels for cloud services
• Conduct technical and commercial analyses to provide cost calculations for cloud services
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certification in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud engineering and deployment
• Experience in VMware vSphere and Hyper-V hypervisors
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and agile development.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of the pre-sales process
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong customer service skills.
