Job responsibilities

Responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for TADIG: Roaming Partner/Tariff Configuration, Roaming Invoice Validation, and IREG: Roaming Service Testing, Roaming Welcome SMS Configuration.

• Roaming service configuration, related to Charging for Inbound roaming
• Setup new RP/Service for both Inbound/Outbound roaming
• Roaming Charging (TAPIN/OUT) Validation & Reconciliation
• Inbound/Outbound Roaming service testing for new RP or troubleshoot as requested, Roaming Steering/SMS Bon Voyage Configuration
• Handle roaming service complaints
• Developing & maintaining inhouse developed Web Apps
• Enhance and automate daily operation tasks
• Fully support RA to resolve RATT to avoid Revenue Leakage
• Fully support Cyber Security to resolve VA
• Day to day resolve complaint and implement service request & ad-hoc reporting request of related systems/products
• Preparing Monthly Governance and User Reconciliation reports
• From time to time, this role will be assigned additional responsibilities as deemed necessary or whenever required

Job requirements

Education:

• Graduate in B. Sc Computer Science or related fields
• Good driven and work independently
• Good English in both spoken and written
• Good communications & interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skill
• Working under pressure and keeping the team spirit with high sense of responsibility for service failure

Working Experience:

• Good to have experience and understanding of Telecom Billing & Roaming Service
• Good to have experience in MSSQL, MySQL, SQL, Linux and Programming

Other Required Skills: 

• Knowledge in MSSQL, MySQL, SQL, Linux, Programming (PHP-Laravel is preferred)
