Job responsibilities

• Users’ PCs daily support (applications installation and updates, troubleshooting, disk space management, antivirus protection, printer settings, VPN setup etc);
• IT stock management.
• Call center users’ support (IP phone setup, headsets check and replacement etc);
• New hardware installation (PCs and other equipment arrangement, branch shops opening and shutdown).
• Submitting broken equipment to suppliers.
• Essential LAN setup, cable running, UTP patchcords crimping.
• Printers setup and maintenance.
• UPS check and replacement
• Support of CCTV layout in the company.
• Periodical PCs maintenance and general IT environment checks in Phnom Penh and provinces.
• Daily users support in IT area.

Job requirements

• A fresh graduate or senior student in IT or a related field
• Experience with IT support
• Able to manage multitasking and deadlines
• High attention to details
• Self-confident and self-starter
• Ability to speak and write English well.
