Job responsibilities
- Users’ PCs daily support (applications installation and updates, troubleshooting, disk space management, antivirus protection, printer settings, VPN setup etc);
- IT stock management.
- Call center users’ support (IP phone setup, headsets check and replacement etc);
- New hardware installation (PCs and other equipment arrangement, branch shops opening and shutdown).
- Submitting broken equipment to suppliers.
- Essential LAN setup, cable running, UTP patchcords crimping.
- Printers setup and maintenance.
- UPS check and replacement
- Support of CCTV layout in the company.
- Periodical PCs maintenance and general IT environment checks in Phnom Penh and provinces.
- Daily users support in IT area.
Job requirements
- A fresh graduate or senior student in IT or a related field
- Experience with IT support
- Able to manage multitasking and deadlines
- High attention to details
- Self-confident and self-starter
- Ability to speak and write English well.
