NOC Team Leader

Job responsibilities

As a SOC Team Leader, you will be responsible for SOC engineers who work in shifts to ensure they perform their roles and tasks. Ensure the daily operations under SOC are monitored, escalate issues and follow up on tasks to ensure operations are carried out smoothly at high efficiency.

• Supervision overall job assignment to SOC Shift Engineers and prepare schedule for shift rotation
• To ensure shift operation is running normally when any member take leave, find replacement to fulfil the complement slot
• Consolidate SOC report and file storage for history archive
• Streamline change control, work request management, new Streamline feature implementation and cooperation with Nastech to do relevant tasks
• Monitoring fuel level and operation status of DG at both Datacenter, ensure they are in normal condition
• Fuel order for site with Diesel Engine, PR initial monthly and daily Monitoring of fuel consumption of sites, report suspect leakage, stolen, min level to be re-filled
• Daily Monitoring of DG, Battery Running hour to trigger abnormal behaviour and report to field team to take action on it
• PR for PC site and disconnection of MS service notify to Vendor when site connect to Grid
• Initiate of converting site from DG to Grid with cooperation of Field team
• Daily check cell down, cell no traffic and escalate to Field team to check it
• Report of alarm, cell availability KPI and escalate, follow up action with related team to bring it back to normal KPI

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Telecom
• Minimum three (3) years of Telecommunications experience (Base Station, Transmission, Power, IT Infra, Datacenter)
• Minimum three (3) years of OSS experience (NMS, OSS)
• Require people management experience, and passionate about training, coaching subordinates
• Able to multi-task and deal with internal and external resources
• Good communications in Khmer & English, reading, writing and listening
