Job responsibilities

• Manage and control the execution of assigned work of subordinates day to day.
• Arrange resource and dispatch team for network troubleshooting, expansion, and network reshuffle. To oversee field operation daily to ensure the network is running with defined KPI.
• Manage day-to-day activity of network operation
• Control the execution of plan work to ensure it is finished in a defined time.
• Check, monitor, and analyze the performance of radio stations, transmission equipment, and power system and correct if found error.
• Control the execution of transmission upgrades, radio station upgrades, and Ater, Gb, and Abis interface upgrades.
• Installation and commission of radio station, transmission, and power system.
• To advise and online support to fie.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or other related sciences. 
• Minimum of 3 experience in telecom operation, people management, and plan work.
• Resource management and coordination with other departments, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Good communication among colleagues, and team building spirit.
• Be able to communicate in Khmer & English (Reading/Writing/Speaking).
• Able to travel to provinces if required by management.
