Job responsibilities

Support Talent and Organizational Development team by providing administrative support through learning and talent development, engagement, experiences and talent activities. In addition, his/her responsibility will be executing and administering data, system, activity and project. This role is required to support driving a positive environment and experiences for employees, to be their best at work and managing with stakeholders to ensure and enable that Smart is employer of choice among the internal employees.

• Support Talent and Organizational Development team by providing administrative support through learning and talent development, engagement, experiences and talent activities.
• Administer and manage the report of learning and development by providing timely and accuracy to internal line managers.
• Support on daily operations under employee engagement and experiences by assisting and managing some activities including communicating and dealing with employees.
• Manage data from report, systems and platforms under Talent and organization development team to analyze and prepare tracking report.
• Manage the programs under Talent and Organizational Development team by monitoring, evaluating and tracking to understand the progress.
• Support strategic operational processes, day to day operations and provide information to teams around process and workflows.
• Be responsible to execute any assignments which are assigned by Talent and Organiza-tional Development team.

Job requirements

• General understanding of program management, data analysis, and execution
• Understanding in the field of learning and development, employee communications and program management.
• Experiences on working with data management, program management and tracking system.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and using digital platforms and systems.
