Job responsibilities
Develop new and relevant technology solutions/products that match key enterprise business requirements and can generate an impactful new revenue stream for the company. The incumbent will chart the course of understanding market trends and competitor offerings so that, in turn, we will be able to create the most innovative and competitive products for our enterprise business clients.
- Understand client’s requirements to be able to provide high quality product proposal for customers.
- Conduct presentations on proposed solutions and new technologies to customers directly for better product understanding and better answers to technical queries.
- Provide technical support to account managers on our Enterprise services for a better customer experience.
- Constantly review customers' usage and proactively propose improvements to enhance service performance and achieve service optimization.
- Prepare win/loss analysis for proposals/bids/tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of services designed.
- Provide support to account managers during service implementations and post-sales support.
- Negotiate with vendors/suppliers or other related third parties for better costing and support.
- Oversee future service development, orchestrate and project manage as needed for further service portfolios expansion.
- Manage, coordinate, and foster working relationship within internal organization and third parties related to postpaid & enterprise product to ensure maximum results.
- Develop attractive service packages by bundling various combinations of available services to target different potential market segments i.e., IoT, fixed and mobile bundles, SMS marketing solutions and relevant services for better up sell/cross sell.
- Coordinate with the high value Enterprise Sale team to drive last mile delivery of postpaid propositions.
- Able to research, analyze and recommend new technologies and software applications to meet the enterprise business’s needs.
- Research new technologies and solutions in dedication to continuous improvement of the service.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with experience in a technology-related industry is a must.
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience (having previous product management experience in a telco or similar industry)
- Strong technical knowledge of telco operations as well as an understanding of IoT and telecommunications related technologies and services such as wireless technology; wireless, VOIP, IP, Internet, networking equipment, video transmission, etc.
- Ability to work with an attitude of proactive, result-oriented, integrity and commitment to strict confidentiality.
- Creative, good judgment, & attention to detail and team player, stress tolerance, & customer orientation
- Good command in English and Microsoft Office.
