Job responsibilities

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing and modeling existing business processes. The goal of business process analysis is to understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.

• Create user stories and process flows.
• Perform an AS-IS/TO-BE analysis and solution based on business requirements.
• Review internal and external workflows within business functions to design and document.
• Provide direction and support to the project team by recommending strategies for problem resolution.
• Participate in project team meetings when necessary to address critical issues and provide advice.
• Act as transformative change leadership, promote transformation changes and digital mindset.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements

• A bachelor's degree or a master's degree in Business Administration, or another related field is required.
• Experience designing and analyzing business processes and their effects, preferably in the telecommunications industry, are required.
• Relevant experiences include the business domains of CRM/billing, customer experience, and project management.
• Able to work under pressure and must be proactive, energetic, self-confident, and patient.
• Excellent communication, integration, and organizational skills for interaction with peers, external personnel, and senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of business process design, with exposure involved in detailed business process design and implementation.
• Strong skills in business process improvement and process design (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma), business consulting, project implementation, workshop facilitation, and system testing are required.
• Must have a quality-oriented mindset.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Must be highly organized and have strong analytical skills.
