Job responsibilities

The role will entail organizing, controlling, and monitoring the whole operation inside and outside the shop and ensuring a smooth and well-prepared working environment to reach a high level of customer satisfaction.  

• Handling the whole operation in the Smart shop 
• Be flexible in dealing with complaints and all types of problems inside and outside the Smart shop. 
• Good at management and observance of the whole team and working environment.  
• Good at coaching and training subordinates. 
• To lead and advise the team when they conduct the mistake.  
• Be creative and initiate ideas to increase monthly revenue. 

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or other related fields is required. 
• High motivation and ability to work independently 
• At least 1–2-year relevant working experience 
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft office) 
• Fluently in English and Khmer both writing and speaking.
