- Deploy, maintain and monitor servers, storages and the virtualization environment as well as applications to ensure timely provisioning, security compliance and high availability for company systems and applications.
- Collaborate with vendors to install server equipment in data centers within projects
- Execute project/task related to virtualization in order to enhance, upgrade, maintain and expand platforms to respond the business demand.
- Execute projects and tasks related to enterprise storage to support capacity demand, avail data protection, and high data availability.
- Monitor and respond to issues related to health and performance of servers, storage and virtualization environment.
- Replace faulty server parts and handle relevant matters with vendors.
- Apply system patches and enable security controls to minimize system vulnerabilities.
- Execute disaster drills to comply with BCM (Business Continuity Management) requirements and be at the proper level of disaster recovery preparedness.
- Perform system backup and restoration tasks.
- Support junior team members whenever needed.
- Support application/business team to deploy and publish applications on the Inter-net.
- Proposing ideas towards unification, simplification, and modernization of systems.
