As a NOC Manager, you will be responsible for Ensuring 24/7 smooth operation of Network Operation unit which requires managing task un-der summary description ranging from Network monitoring and incident management, Team leadership and staffing, Network Change Management, Reporting and Documentation, KPI and SLA fulfilment, Process Optimization, Stakeholder Communication, Tool Management and Automation, Compliance and Security, Cross-department Collaboration. You will be working as normal working day. Detail elaboration of each task are stated in key accountabilities section.
