- Lead, supervise, and manage a team of field sales agents to execute door-to-door sales activities and booking fulfillment, ensuring optimal productivity and operational efficiency.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives as assigned by management.
- Develop, assign, and closely monitor daily route plans for field sales agents to ensure effective territory coverage and execution.
- Identify high-potential sales territories and recommend strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and review the performance of direct reports, providing structured coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance as required.
- Strengthen field sales team capabilities through continuous training, development programs, and on-the-job coaching.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational KPIs in accordance with company standards.
- Oversee product inventory management, ensuring proper control, accurate tracking, and timely reconciliation.
- Provide regular market intelligence and customer insights to the FWBB Sales Manager, Product, and Marketing teams to support market analysis and product development initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and collaborate closely with internal support teams to address customer requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
