Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and manage a team of field sales agents to execute door-to-door sales activities and booking fulfillment, ensuring optimal productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives as assigned by management.
  • Develop, assign, and closely monitor daily route plans for field sales agents to ensure effective territory coverage and execution.
  • Identify high-potential sales territories and recommend strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and review the performance of direct reports, providing structured coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance as required.
  • Strengthen field sales team capabilities through continuous training, development programs, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational KPIs in accordance with company standards.
  • Oversee product inventory management, ensuring proper control, accurate tracking, and timely reconciliation.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and customer insights to the FWBB Sales Manager, Product, and Marketing teams to support market analysis and product development initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and collaborate closely with internal support teams to address customer requirements and resolve operational issues.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager. 
Job Requirements:

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in both English and Khmer (written and spoken).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of the telecommunications industry and strong interest in company products.
