From Idea to Traction: Developing Product Market-Fit Through Proactive Validation is a half-day workshop designed for startups and SMEs looking to better understand their customers, validate market opportunities, and build products that gain meaningful traction.
Led by Mr. Mike Ducker (Entrepreneur-in-Residence), the session will help founders learn how to identify promising market opportunities, conduct effective customer discovery, validate assumptions, and measure traction to guide product and business decisions.
Participants will also gain practical experience through interactive discussions, customer discovery exercises, and AI-powered market analysis tools to support their journey toward product-market fit and sustainable startup growth.
