The role is to manage a team of Field transmission engineers and technicians for implementation, and maintenance of the transmission networks including fibre route, coordinating network expansion and upgrades, ensuring the network is operating at optimal levels, and troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may relate to transmission.

• Manage and lead a transmission field OPS engineer and technicians in the field. 
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the transmission network, including fiber optic routes, microwave, clock synchronization. 
• Coordinate with various departments for network expansion and upgrade projects. 
• Ensure that the transmission network is operating at optimal levels. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transmission systems. 
• Monitor network performance and implement strategies for improvement. 
• Perform sites/cells performance checks and related transmission network configuration activities. 
• Provide on-duty standby operations in case of emergency maintenance requirements in accordance with monthly schedule. 
• Provide technical support for the transmission network, including analysis and problem-solving for complex issues. 
• To work with contractors & vendors for acceptance, maintenance & escalation activities 
• To prepare Fiber optic information for submission to TRC
• Coordinate with EDC, MTPC of transmission network issue
• Maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts for network equipment and manage logistics issues.
   

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experiences in field ops people management or fiber roll-out project management in an ISP, telecom, or enterprise environment
• Preferably 3+ year of hands-on experience in deploying and troubleshooting trans-mission network
• Proficient in computer skills (Ms. Office)
• Be able to communicate in Khmer & English (Reading/Writing/Speaking).
• Must have an excellent or strong analytical ability with good interpersonal skills.
• Must be sincere and committed; have a vibrant and engaging attitude.
• Be flexible, has high initiative, and be able to act with a sense of urgency.
