As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for Network monitoring and trouble ticket handling on Network Infrastructure, Cloud, Datacenter, Application Infra, Power Supply System, RAN system, Core Network, Billing System, Transmission system, Base Stations, Fixed Network Infra with support from platform owners to maintain the performance of those NEs of such plat-form at normal and high efficiency level as well as communicating with landlords, field engineers, suppliers, Towerco, contractors for site access activities, refueling activities, support in handling complain from Landlords with internal and Towerco teams to achieve the smooth operation, good cooperation of the daily business process of the company.
- Monitor, escalate, follow up, close any abnormal related to Network Infrastructure, Cloud Infra, Datacenter Infra, Application Infra, Power Supply System, RAN system, Core Network, Billing System, Transmission system, Base Stations, Fixed Network Infra.
- Liaise with support teams to escalate, follow up incident, issue, trouble ticket to be handled until complete with in defined SLA.
- Communicate with landlord, premise owner of BTS, field engineers, supplier, contractor, Towerco for site access activities, refueling activities, complaining activities from Landlord to achieve the smooth operation, good cooperation of the daily business process of the company.
- Make fuel order for sites with Diesel Engine, Power cube sites, review the supplied amount with receiver and close fuel work order as per flow.
- Monitor fuel consumption of sites, report suspect leakage, stolen case, amount to be re-filled as per responsible shift to NOC Team Leader.
- Monitor DG, battery backup hour to trigger abnormal behavior and report to field team to take action on it until completion as per responsible shift.
- Conduct physical check on Datacenter environment for safe of operation during own shift.
- Handover information and pending tasks from own shift to next shift to maintain smooth operation of NOC tasks.
- Response and log proactively on incident, fire suppression issue in the area under own responsibility, report it quickly to PIC whose are assigned to control it.
