- Coordinates all technical activities dedicated to the network planning, network
performance optimization and network extension, following the aim, to provide the best quality of the network performance in all aspects including interconnection with other operators - Coordinates the processes of network planning and optimization, including traffic measurements for all interfaces
- Responsible for coordination and execution of technical policies and programs related to the support of uninterruptible service of the network with the best performance
- Develops and uses special software tools for statistics analysis
- Planning of network configurations, based on the results of the statistics analysis
- Preparation of frequency plan
- Planning of network expansions by preparing the Bill of Quantity for equipment purchases
- Preparation of periodical network performance reports
