Overview

The Cluster Head is responsible for leading the operational and strategic sales and marketing activities of assigned business clusters (provinces), ensuring exceptional performance across all sales channels, customer experience, operational excellence, and branding.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
•    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve cluster-specific objectives.
•    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
•    Propose and drive expansion of the sales network by presence in the province


Sales and Revenue Management
•    Drive sales performance across the region(provinces) through own sales channel and partnership networks
•    Initiate and execute promotional activities that boost revenue.
•    Manage daily performance of direct sales team and smart shops in the province


Customer Experience
•    Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all channels in the region.
•    Monitor and address customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.


Operational Excellence
•    Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
•    Optimize resource allocation and manage budgets effectively.


Team Leadership and Development
•    Mentor and lead cluster teams to achieve their full sales potential.
•    Conduct performance evaluations and provide inputs for sales development programs for continuous improvement.


Reporting and Analysis
•    Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
•    Analyze the data for the strategy refinement to enhance overall cluster performance.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).   

Working Experience: 

  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within sales or retail management, with a proven track record of achieving results.

Specific Skills: 

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in sales strategy development and customer experience management.
