SME Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

The role will be fully dedicated to establishing sales processes, organizing the team, day-to-day sales activity management, negotiation with external parties for establishing sales relationships, customer-facing processes, internal processes for planning, performance monitoring, and training, which will be established and synchronized with existing business processes and performance management. 
 

  • Establish a sales strategy targeting small and medium enterprises nationwide, with priority given to the capital provinces of Phnom Penh and Kandal.
  • In close collaboration with the product team and providing regular insights to support SME proposition upgrades and design, including telco and adjacent services like IoT packages and office software solutions
  • Bring requirements for the development of customer-facing and internal systems supporting SME company operations.
  • In collaboration with retail and enterprise sales to design sales and distribution strategies involving our own retail and dedicated mobile sales teams
  • Propose and implement a territory strategy for managing performance without conflict between the channels.
  • Initiate market research where needed for collecting insights for sales and marketing approaches towards SME.
  • Evaluate and design a sales model involving external sales partners as subcontractors (3rd parties).
  • Support the training team by designing training materials and content for internal and external channels.
  • Proactively monitor and collect relevant information for new SME products, services, and procedures, and integrate this process into the overall competitor tracking process.
  • Establish performance reporting templates and reports together with the analytics team.
  • Support the yearly planning process by providing inputs and data-based projections for customer base, revenue, and costs relevant to the SME segment.
  • Carry out all other tasks assigned by the line manager and in accordance with the employee’s qualifications and responsibilities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in commercial or product management role 4-5 years as product or sales manager in telco or FMCG.
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Sales organization understanding and solid sales skills
  • Solid partnership establishment and management skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude and approach.
