Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure purchase orders, transfer notes, delivery notes, return notes, and goods received notes are updated correctly in the system on a daily basis
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of daily stock and stock movement reports
  • Manage and track SIM cards and scratch cards in both the system and manual records
  • Coordinate with Smart Shops on issuing, transferring, and returning SIM cards and scratch cards, and provide support for devices, CPE, accessories, and technical spare parts
  • File hard-copy documents and submit them to the manager for review
  • Handle day-to-day documentation issues with other departments
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Job Requirements:

Education & Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 

Working Experiences: 

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant working experience in a related field

Specific Skills: 

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work with teams, other departments, and external partners
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines
  • Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Honest, patient, detail-oriented, committed, and highly responsible
