The Junior Roaming & Interconnect Administrator is to operate end to end Interconnect services including new partner launching for domestic, oversea, CDR Management, Invoicing & Reporting of Interconnect, Invoices Reconciliation/Dispute of respective services and Close Revenue Assurance TT.

• Handling complaints & service requests related to Interconnect, in-house developed apps and Fixing RATT/VA
• Operate daily data collection and process (Domestic/Oversea)
• Produce Interconnect & CP/SP Settlement Invoice
• Produce and verify revenue sharing & settlement with partners
• Invoice Dispute to other operators/partners and ensure closing properly
• Verify/check CDR from others in case of dispute
• Monitor system log and database log
• Develop and maintain in-house applications, automate process/reporting
• Interconnect Invoice (IN/OUT) Reconciliation for Accounting, Finance and RA
• Coordinate with MPTC, other operators/partners
• All request changing rate interconnect must document and follow the policy
• Monitor the system to ensure the system is operating seamlessly as well as rectify and troubleshoot when the system is done to ensure minimum system downtime
• Preparing Monthly UAM & Governance Reports
• DevOps for respective in-house web applications
• Enhance and automate BAU tasks
• Ensure compliance to company’s policies/procedures 
• From time to time, this role will be assigned additional responsibilities as deemed necessary or whenever required
   

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science or a related field
• Basic knowledge or understanding of Telecom Billing, Charging, and Interconnect is an advantage
• Basic experience in Web Programming (PHP/Laravel preferred), MSSQL, SQL, and Linux is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
