Job Overview:

The incumbent is responsible for successful deal preparation, execution, and completion, as well as the ongoing development of partnerships through an end-to-end negotiation and servicing process. The role actively contributes to the company’s sustained growth and profitability in line with defined KPIs (revenue, sales, retention, OPEX, and profitability), with a particular focus on increasing company revenue share.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Research, identify, and maintain a portfolio of potential and active partners to support new deal development, retention, and expansion.
  • Initiate and lead meetings with potential partners to understand requirements and assess deal feasibility.
  • Develop standard and customized offers in collaboration with relevant internal teams, aligned with current and future Smart portfolios.
  • Drive deal closure by presenting tailored proposals, negotiating pricing and commercial terms, and coordinating activation activities.
  • Act as the single point of contact between partners and internal Smart teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Prepare, execute, and manage partner contracts in line with negotiated terms, and support service or activity activation.
  • Identify and support cross-business opportunities for potential and existing partners, including (but not limited to) mobile services, co-marketing, co-branding, and Smart Shop initiatives, in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Communicate updates on new or enhanced products and services to existing and prospective partners.
  • Generate qualified leads for other business units (e.g., Enterprise Sales) where partners show interest in additional Smart services.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual forecasts, including renewals, and provide insights on required volumes.
  • Take full ownership of assigned projects, including coordination of assigned team members to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Job Requirements:

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Working Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management roles.

Specific Skills

  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications operations and business models.
  • Proven communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, analytical, and strategic mindset with high integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to initiate, lead, and actively participate in internal and external discussions.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and negotiation techniques.
