The Risk & Compliance Intern is responsible for assuring the identification for any possible revenue leakage areas by carrying out regular re-views, validations and reconciliation in all reports from system/network elements and platforms thus minimizing the potential revenue loss and to identify any possible variant to all revenue and cost reports.

• Lead Revenue Assurance team to execute the necessary activities and produce the firm reports on time by raising and updating all revenue leakages to first-line management and relevant teams.
• Develop operational activities based on RAFM Processes to work and support the internal and external colleagues to resolve on all RA findings with Billing/DevOps/IT/DBA/Mediation/3rdParty and any related teams.
• To develop initiative for new key control and system enhancements based on product and service in the Smart Axiata’s business.
• To perform continual review and update on defined processes of Revenue Assurance controls to accomplish all objectives in an effective, timely and efficient manner.
• To be responsible for the daily monitoring of analytical tools used to capture any potential revenue leakage.
• To ensure system architecture is fully documented and reviewed for compliance to agreed set parameters, time stamps, synchronization and update the document of RAFM processes to comply with defined policy.
• To understand the nature and scope of revenue risk management in Smart company, as well as the strategies, business processes and tools required to reduce revenue leakages by identifying risks and opportunities on revenue leakages and report to upper management and minimize the revenue loss align with company strategy.
• Report and provide analyses to support decision making and highlight any billing/net-work issues to the relevant teams and to perform ad-hoc investigation and regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams by Maintaining and developing applications or tools to control, detect and identify possible fraud/leakage.
• Lead ad hoc project work to implement new systems, work processes, technologies, and drive adoption of new initiatives and to obtain, prepare and input reference data into the required system to enable accuracy in all reports from billing, network and 3rd partners which are connecting with Smart.
• Support and coordinate to conduct the collect and reconcile to new service/product within the defined timeline in policy and to perform other tasks as required by 1st line manager or supervisor.
   

• Degree in IT/ Computer Science/Finance or equivalence
• At least 5 years experiences in revenue assurance/fraud management modules/billing system/roaming/interconnect/VAS/audit experiences.
• Computer Science knowledge of database and programming language
• Finance/Accounting/Auditing knowledge if applicable.
• Good Interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Good communication in English
• Understanding telecoms risks and processes to identify and minimize the revenue leakage and potential financial impact.
• Understanding telecoms billing/network topology
• Understanding finance/accounting/auditing in telecom industry
• Auditing, Data Analyzing, and risk analysis and understanding of relationships between billing system and network elements including 3rd party platforms.
