The Finance Specialist is to support the Cost Management function in maximizing financial efficiency and effectiveness across all capital (Capex) and operational (Opex) spending. This role is critical for providing strategic analysis on investment opportunities, ensuring leadership is fully informed to make sound decisions that promote long-term stability, growth, and profitability.

• Support cost saving champion team to initiate, implement, and monitor saving initiatives and opportunities for cost optimization to ensure efficiency and effective operations across the company.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing the profitability by base stations and business areas and support to produce recommendations to management on the benefits and costs for future improvement.
• Support to produce monthly cost saving reports and other required management reports on time with high level of accuracy and with complete supporting documents.
• Actively participate in relevant project for new initiative areas and opportunity
• Coordinate with relevant departments to review and validate strategic investment proposals, ensuring strict adherence to company processes and financial policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management and team. 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, or a related field
• Pursuing or completing ACCA is highly preferable
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial or Management Accounting
• Experience with the SAP System is preferable
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks across departments
• Dynamic and pleasant personality 
• Be flexible and high initiative and act with a sense of urgency
• Good in both written and spoken English 
• Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point)
