Job Purpose

This role is responsible for driving the system enhancement lifecycle, from initiating development requirements to managing UAT and quality assurance. The incumbent will also serve as a key point of contact for frontline issue resolution, escalating technical problems and coordinating fixes. This role requires an initiative-taking approach to system documentation and training, ensuring seamless project coordination and stakeholder communication.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee project coordination, conduct requirements walkthroughs, and ensure process and solution alignment. 
  • Produce and maintain Concept Paper, Development Document, and other system documents. 
  • Conduct UAT testing for new development deployments and system patch updates.
  • Request, arrange, and prepare testing resources for all testing activities.
  • Support the creation and management of test case documentation.
  • Perform scheduled quality assurance checks to ensure system functionality and reliability. 
  • Provide daily support for frontline issue resolution and troubleshooting of simple inquiries. 
  • Escalate technical issues, coordinate resolutions, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and related teams. 
  • Track technical problems and logical process flow issues, initiating system enhancements and improvements. 
  • Create, update, and maintain app user manuals, feature guidelines, and system training materials. 
  • Demonstrate current systems, new features, and functionalities to teams for the creation of promotional content such as short video guides and introduction videos.
  • Transfer and share knowledge with internal teams and training staff regarding existing and newly developed sales system functions and features.
  • Perform other activities or tasks as required by line manager. 
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or Information Technology is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a process, sales, or digital channel operations role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel).
  • Proactive, passionate, and self-confident, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and a strong focus on quality.
