Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2–3 direct reports
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
Partnership Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement 3–5 scalable partnership models aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth and success
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contractual obligations
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to align partnership strategies
- Ensure internal stakeholders are informed and engaged in partnership initiatives, execution and delivery
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs and performance metrics for each partnership model
- Provide regular reports and insights to HoD and senior leadership
- Continuously optimize partnership strategies based on data and feedback
