Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage field sales supervisors & sales force for fixed broadband service for Smart including door to door agents and booking fulfilment.

  • To lead, guide and manage a team of direct reports to ensure below roles and responsibilities are achieved:
  • Achievement of monthly broadband sales target as assigned by the company
  • Hire, train, coach and discipline door to door broadband sales and fulfillment team
  • Oversee operational activities of broadband sales force, monitor day-to-day performance and increase sales force effectiveness 
  • Door-to-door sales route planning and ensure the sales team executes as per plan
  • Coordination with external agency to ensure sufficient agent pool 
  • Timely identification and escalation of operational issues
  • Sales performance analysis, reporting and propose improvement plans to management 
  • Ensure device stock level is sufficient to support day-to-day sales activities 
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor and Management 
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 Years work experience in a process sales operation in telecommunications or a similar environment.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with diverse range of stakeholders at all levels including senior management and key professional staff cross-departmentally, to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strong in project management and Coaching and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish work relationships and communicate effectively with staffs at all levels including senior management.
  • Solid experience in Ms Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel) is required.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good level of verbal and written English.
  • Ability to work with data and drive conclusions.
  • Proactive, passionate, self-confident, able to work effectively under pressure, quality oriented.
