Oversee and manage field sales supervisors & sales force for fixed broadband service for Smart including door to door agents and booking fulfilment.
- To lead, guide and manage a team of direct reports to ensure below roles and responsibilities are achieved:
- Achievement of monthly broadband sales target as assigned by the company
- Hire, train, coach and discipline door to door broadband sales and fulfillment team
- Oversee operational activities of broadband sales force, monitor day-to-day performance and increase sales force effectiveness
- Door-to-door sales route planning and ensure the sales team executes as per plan
- Coordination with external agency to ensure sufficient agent pool
- Timely identification and escalation of operational issues
- Sales performance analysis, reporting and propose improvement plans to management
- Ensure device stock level is sufficient to support day-to-day sales activities
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor and Management
