About the Program

We’re excited to share that applications are now open for the Tech Talent Program 2025 – a 24-month development journey designed to build Smart’s future tech leaders who will drive innovation and digital transformation across the organization.

Core Skills/Domains you’ll explore and gain during these 24 months:

Who We are Looking for:

• Final-year students or recent graduates (≤ 2 years experience)
• Backgrounds in IT, Telecom, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Passion for innovation, teamwork, and results
• Prior experience in leading project or internship (preferred)
