Promoter Supervisor (Freelancer)

To support dealers in promoting and selling Smart products by providing product updates, monitoring performance, managing stock, training PGs (Promoters/Promotional Staff), and enhancing customer experience at dealer locations.

• Deliver product, promotion, and market updates to dealers.
• Monitor PG and dealer performance in the assigned area.
• Provide training to PGs to ensure high service standards and sales skills.
• Monitor dealer stock levels and identify upsell opportunities.
• Ensure POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) and mockups are properly placed and displayed.
• Actively promote Smart products and promotions in dealer shops.
• Support customer inquiries and enhance customer service.
• Educate dealers about incentives and sales schemes.
• Manage placement of new products in dealer shops.
• Provide competitor insights on pricing, products, and promotions.
• Assist dealers with stock management and payment collection.
• Distribute POSM to attract more foot traffic to stores.
• Handle escalated PG and customer complaints professionally.
• Check PG attendance and maintain records in the "CheckinMe" system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Skills & Knowledge:

• Good numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to create simple reports
• Proficient in reading and writing Khmer; basic English communication
• Familiarity with smartphone usage (Android/iOS)
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in telecom or ISP industry is an advantage
