Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

Drive strategic market penetration within the assigned segment by identifying and engaging high-potential enterprise clients, employing a consultative approach to deliver tailored solutions that achieve business goals. Simultaneously, provide leadership and mentorship to team members, enabling them to effectively address client challenges and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Identify and target high-potential enterprise customers within the assigned segment to achieve and exceed business goals.
  • Mentoring the team members and taking a leadership role to help other staff overcome client issues and to promote more up selling and cross selling.   
  • Build a professional relationship and network with new and existing customers to expand the business to increase customer loyalty and to build new revenue streams with new products and services. 
  • Provide market updates and customer feedback to Product and Marketing for market analysis and product. development also work closely with Product team on certain custom requests for new products and services. 
  • Be a central contact point and closely work with a support team to solve customers’ requirements and needs. 
  • Prepare weekly sale results and sale forecast (Sales Pipeline), strong understanding of how to use a CRM. 
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager i.e. attending network events and other events hosted by EB. or Business trips to province, if necessary, to visit the potential customer 
  • Focus on building New Business from your segment. Understanding your clients’ needs and being able to suggest. new solutions to streamline their business and help in cost cutting. 
  • Helping Key Account Executives to build their sales skills and to provide leadership by being strong mentor and leader. 
  • Working with Head of Enterprise Business to help with client issues related to billing issues, contract renewal and being creative and looking for new ways to build scalable revenue streams. 
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications, banking, or insurance industries.
  • Business English level to be able to work with Expat community leaders
  • Be able to develop and expand business relationships within the Tourism and Public sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in managing the sales cycle through CRM systems. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and demonstrates integrity. 
  • Committed to maintain strict confidentiality. 
  • Creative, demonstrates sound judgment, and pays attention to detail. 
  • Effective team player with strong stress tolerance and customer orientation.
