Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify potential customers within the assigned segment to penetrate the market and achieve Enterprise Business goals and targets by consulting and offering Mobility, Connectivity, and ICT solutions.
- Mentor team members and take a leadership role in supporting staff to overcome client issues while promoting upselling and cross-selling of Mobility, Connectivity, and ICT solutions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships and networks with new and existing customers to expand the business, enhance customer loyalty, and generate new revenue streams through Mobility, Connectivity, and ICT offerings.
- Provide market updates and customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams for market analysis and product development; work closely with the Product team on custom requests for new Mobility, Connectivity, and ICT solutions.
- Serve as a central contact point and collaborate closely with the support team to address customer needs and requirements related to Mobility, Connectivity, and ICT solutions.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts (Sales Pipeline), demonstrating proficiency in using CRM tools to track Mobility, Connectivity, and ICT solution sales.
- Attend network and business events hosted by Enterprise Business to promote Mobility, Connectivity, and ICT solutions, as assigned by the line manager.
- Understand client needs and proactively recommend new Mobility, Connectivity, and ICT solutions to improve business efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support Key Account Executives in developing sales skills specific to Mobility, Connectivity, and ICT solutions, while providing guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with the Head of Enterprise Business to resolve client issues related to billing, contract renewals, and solution-specific matters.
- Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities to build scalable revenue streams through creative Mobility, Connectivity, and ICT solution offerings.
- Conduct business trips to provincial locations, as needed, to meet with potential customers and present Mobility, Connectivity, and ICT solutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in telecommunications and ICT sales solutions.
- Experience in developing and expanding business relationships within the Tourism and Public sectors.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and demonstrates integrity.
- Creative, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Effective team player with strong stress tolerance and a customer-oriented mindset.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in managing the sales cycle through CRM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Languages Required:
