Overview
Role & Responsibilities
- Support KAM (Key Account Managers)/Sales Representatives in updating or customizing presentations for products and services
- Be able to conduct training for customers on Web portal features.
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team
- Create contracts, quotes, for potential clients
- Call to prospect customer assigned by line manager
- Raise the ticket in CSM system and follow up with department concern make sure the issue is fixed, call and notify to customer if needed.
- Coordinate with stakeholder including customer to deliver the solution for customer base on requirement
- In direct contact with customer to respond on all inquiry
- Join Sales Blitz/ Call activity with Key Account Manager if required
- Initiate ideas and support creation of CP/PDD documents where needed about process simplification and automation for CRM and other platforms
Job Requirements
- Degree in bachelor's or associate's degree in Business Administration or any equivalence
- Good in writing and speaking English
- 1 year experience in Sale or administration
- Be able to prioritize the tasks and work under pressure
