Overview

Senior Incentive and Performance Management Specialist has a crucial role which take responsible for designing and managing target setting and incentive payments for over 400 Smart Sales Staff nationwide. This role involves collaborating with various commercial departments to develop concepts and structures for targets that align with the company’s goals, roadmap, and key focus areas.

Role and Responsibilities

Incentive and performance Management System

  • Explore and Maintain Performance Management systems:
    • Research and evaluate different performance management systems.
    • Ensure the chosen system aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Regularly update and maintain the system to keep it effective and relevant
  • Conduct Input for Readiness of Incentive Calculation Integration:
    • Gather and analyze data to ensure the system is ready for incentive calculations.
    • Work closely with the vendor to integrate incentive calculation features into the system.
    • Test the system to ensure accurate and timely incentive payments.
  • Identify Performance Gaps and Areas for Improvement:
    • Monitor and assess the performance of the Smart Sales Staff.
    • Identify any gaps in performance and areas that need improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to address these gaps and enhance overall performance.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor Employee Performance Data:
    • Collect and analyze performance data for all employees.
    • Track key metrics such as sales targets, customer satisfaction, and KPIs effectiveness.
    • Break down the data by team and division to identify trends.
  • Report on Key Metrics:
    • Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics.
    • Highlight achievements and areas needing attention.
    • Share these reports with relevant stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure Adherence to SOPs:
    • Make sure that all performance management activities follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Regularly review and update SOPs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
    • Conduct pre-department audits to verify compliance with SOPs.
    • Work with internal Audit for area of improvement. 

Target Management

  • Develop and Manage Incentive structure:
    • Design incentive structure that motivates employees and drives performance.
    • Ensure the incentive structures are attractive and achievable, encouraging employees to meet and exceed their targets.
    • Regularly review and update the programs to keep them relevant and effective.  
  • Align Incentive Programs with Business Performance Goals:
    • Ensure that the incentive programs support the overall business goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with different departments to align incentives with key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Communicate the goals and structure of the incentive programs clearly to all employees. 
  • Analyze Metrics to Ensure Effectiveness:
    • Collect and analyze data to measure the success of the incentive programs.
    • Identify trends and areas where the programs are performing well or need improvement.
    • Use the insights gained from the analysis to refine and enhance the incentive programs.

Collaboration and Communication    

  • Collaborate with HR for Payment:
    • Work closely with the HR department to ensure timely and accurate incentive payments.
    • Coordinate the necessary data and documentation required for processing payments.
    • Address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the payment process.
  • Communicate Performance Expectations and Goals:
    • Clearly articulate performance expectations and goals to all employees.
    • Use various communication channels (meetings, emails, dashboards) to ensure everyone is informed.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback on performance to head and manager.  
  • Work Closely with Head and Manager:
    • Collaborate with and support division head, department head and manager to ensure that performance management aligns with organizational goals.
    • Participate in strategic planning sessions to integrate performance targets with business objectives.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to support decision-making
Requirements

Education & Qualification: 

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, international business, or related field

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience within Sales, Performance management and or Data analysis area
  • Experience in Telecom Company is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
