Job Responsibility

Enterprise Strategy & Planning Manager is to support Head of Enterprise Product Portfolio Management in leading the development and execution of enterprise market strategies to drive growth and enhance market positioning for the company. This role requires a deep understanding of the enterprise market, including trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure effective implementation of strategic plans.

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the enterprise sales division.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
    • Set clear objectives and KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives
  2. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
    • Gather and analyze data on customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  3. Campaign Development:
    • Design and oversee marketing campaigns targeting enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling messaging and marketing materials.
    • Manage campaign budgets and track performance metrics.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with sales, product, and technology teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings and sales goals.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, ROI, and key insights.
    • Adjust strategies based on performance data and changing market conditions.
  6. Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed.
  7.  Perform other duties as required. 
     
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within the telecom or techcom industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for enterprise sales.
  • Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of creativity and innovation in marketing strategy development.
