Job Responsibilities

The Senior Key Account is to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition within the targeted enterprise market. Leverage deep industry knowledge and customer insights to identify high-value opportunities and build strong relationships with decision-makers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve ambitious sales targets.

  • Identify potential customers within your assigned segment and develop effective strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with both new and existing customers. Foster customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and solutions.
  • Gather and analyze market data, including customer feedback, to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with our support team to address their needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, including forecasts and pipeline updates, to track progress and identify opportunities.
  • Focus on acquiring new business within your segment by understanding customer needs and proposing innovative solutions that streamline their operations and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on product development and explore opportunities for custom solutions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Line Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing, International Business, or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales in Telecom Company is most.
  • Proficiency in Chinese language skills is essential for this role
  • Tactical Creativity and problem-solving, result oriented, with attitude that is influencing and convincing to engage.
  • Punctuality / Good time management and being able to manage multi-task with deadlines.
  • Analytical skill, good at negotiation, problem solving and presentation skill.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with diverse range of stakeholders at all levels including senior management and key professional staff cross-departmentally, to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Ability to demonstrate a good level of verbal and written English.
