Evolve Smart’s Enterprise Applications to operate at the highest efficiency and relevant protection. Plan capacity, trigger expansions, optimizations and upgrades of the systems.

• Administration of Windows and Linux based systems 
• Dealing with virtualized environment (VMware, FusionSphere, OracleVM)
• Versatile Microsoft 365 Admin portal support
• Planning storage area network (SAN)
• Act as a 2nd line support for Smart internal users
• Daily tracking of RRD graphs for servers load, checking hardware alarms and applying preventive measures to mitigate possible problems
• Maintain diagrams for the entrusted systems;
• Preparing regular reports on systems backup, uptime etc
• Proposing ideas towards unification, simplification, modernization and automation of the systems;
•  Planning expansions, upgrades, swaps of systems
• Supervision of the plans in Enterprise Applications area
• Other relevant tasks assigned by Enterprise Applications Manager, Head of IT and CTIO, CEO. 

• Bachelor's degree in IT
• Perfect TCP/IP knowledge
• Knowledge of SAN and NAS storages connection principles
• Perfect knowledge of MS Exchange, AD, DNS, DHCP and Microsoft 365
• 3-years of hands-on experience with Linux and Windows OS 
• 1 year of hands-on experience with any ERP system
